At Bridhi, we strive to provide you with the best quality gold-plated jewellery that meets our highest standards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise, and you may need to return or exchange the product. Therefore, we have formulated the following Return, Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers:
1. Return Policy
a) Return Eligibility:
* To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact that you received it along with the invoice.
* The return must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery. No return request will be accepted after 3 days or 72 hours of delivery.
* We kindly ask our customers to create an Unboxing Video and take Photos of the product as you open the package. This is crucial for us to address any issues related to transit damage, loss, or replacement claims.
Steps for Unboxing and Inspection:
i) Video Recording:
- Start recording before you open the package.
- Ensure the entire unboxing process is captured, from the sealed package to the final reveal of the product.
ii) Photographic Evidence:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening.
- Capture detailed images of the product from all angles once unboxed.
iii) Focus on Details:
- Highlight any visible damage to the packaging.
- Zoom in on any parts of the product that appear damaged or defective.
iv) Documentation:
- Save the video and photos as they will be necessary if you need to file a claim.
- Send these files to our customer support team if you encounter any issues.
Following these steps will help us swiftly and effectively resolve any problems you might experience. This is essential for us to handle any concerns related to transit damage, loss, or replacement claims. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
b) Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
* Custom-made or personalized jewellery cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
* Due to hygiene reasons Finger Rings, Nose Pins, Toe Rings, Tiklis price below Rs.300, and Imitation/Fashion/Costume Jewelleries and Accessories or AD/CZ Jewelleries and Accessories are cannot be returned and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or damaged.
c) Reasons for Return:
You can initiate a return or exchange for the following reasons:
* The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
* The product received is different from what was ordered.
* The product's quality does not meet our guaranteed gold-plated standards.
d) Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product, we will bear the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
How to return Items for Return/Exchange?
We have two methods to return the products to us:
i) We offer a doorstep return pickup facility at a cost of Rs.100 per package. However, it will be free of charge in case of manufacturing defects.
ii) You can send the product to the following address. The shipment should be booked within 3 days or 72 hours of receiving the item. Once you have shipped the parcel, please share the tracking details (receipt) for our reference.

2. Refund Policy
* Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will process your refund. Also, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bridhi Cash wallet (same working day) and credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
* The store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website/app.
* Excluding any shipping fees, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned items.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable):
If you are awaiting a refund, kindly follow these steps:
* Double-check your bank account for the refund.
* Contact your debit/credit card company; refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
* Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is completed.
* If, after completing the above steps, you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@bridhi.in.
Bridhi reserves the exclusive right to accept or cancel any order without the need for further justification.
It's important to note that Bridhi does not take responsibility for the content uploaded on the site. We encourage customers to conduct their due diligence before making any purchases from the site. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters are highly appreciated.
NOTE:
(i) If the mode of payment for the purchase of the product is COD:
We do not provide refunds cash or bank account transfers to COD payment method users. We do offer them refunds in the form of store credit only.
(ii) If the mode of payment for the purchase of the product is UPI, or Net Banking, or Online Payment:
We provide refunds to the users of credit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, or online payment methods, through store credit, and bank account transfer, or the original method of payment.
3. Exchange Policy
* Exchanges will be honored under specific circumstances: If the product is significantly damaged during transit or if it substantially differs from the ordered item. To qualify for an exchange, customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that minor color or design variations, as depicted in the website/app photographs, do NOT qualify for exchanges. Rest assured, we will dispatch your order ONLY if we have the exact product you ordered. Otherwise, we will NOT proceed with the shipment.
* Kindly be informed that we promptly address minor issues such as a missing stone, twisted chain, or slight damage to ensure your complete satisfaction. In such cases, we will provide a replacement of the same item, free of charge. However, for minor issues like a single chipped and missing stone, or minor damage to the product, refunds will NOT be granted. Please note that the decision regarding exchanges and replacements rests with Bridhi Management, and we strive to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction in all cases.
* Please be aware that refunds will NOT be granted for any reasons NOT explicitly mentioned above, without exceptions. In such cases, a credit note will be issued to the customer instead. It's important to note that Bridhi's Management holds the final decision authority in all matters pertaining to refunds and exchanges.

* Send the package back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking information. Once we receive the item, our team will verify its eligibility for exchange.
* Your credit note or exchange request will be initiated once we have received the original product in a saleable condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the returned item meets the necessary criteria for processing.
* Please note that the replacement of a returned product is contingent upon stock availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the purchase amount. This credit note can be utilized towards your next purchase, ensuring that you receive full value for your return. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
* We gladly replace items only in the case of defects or damage. If you find your item to be defective or damaged and wish to exchange it for the same item, kindly reach out to us via email at support@bridhi.in. 4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If the order is prepaid, upon cancellation the refund will be made to the original payment method. Please refer to our Return Policy if you wish to return the product after receiving it.
